Coverage
As of early 2005, OHIP no longer covers the costs of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation services.
Instead, fees are covered by private Extended Health Insurance (work benefits), WSIB (Worker's Compensation), and Auto Insurance policies.
Our treatment fees are covered by:
Extended Health Insurance: Your plan through work, your spouse, or parents, often covers Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Prescription Drugs and Custom Fitted Orthotics. Each employer's plan is different, so please contact your private Health Insurance company (call the number on your benefits card) or speak to a Human Resources person at work to find out the details of your plan. If you are unsure about your plan, our AIM Administrative Staff will help you sort through the particulars on your very first visit.
WSIB (Worker's Compensation): We are WSIB-approved for Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, and Work Hardening Programs.
Auto Insurance: Motor Vehicle Accident Rehabilitation is covered 100% by Insurance policies through your Accidents Benefits claim.

WSIB and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)
Fees are set by the WSIB and Auto Insurance Companies. We will bill service fees directly to the WSIB and Auto Insurers for you.
Pharmacy
Fees for medical vary. We will waive the $2 Copay on the dispensing fee!
Chronic Pain Management (CPM)
Services rendered by our Chronic Pain Physicians are covered by OHIP when referred by your Family Doctor.

We bill directly to the insurance companies for you. No up-front payment required.

We bill directly to WSIB for you. No up-front payment required.
Extended Health Plans
Our Pharmacy can direct-bill to your Extended Health Plan.
